INSERT DATA INTO MySQL DB + Data normalization

Need to insert the data (currently in CSV format) into the data base. Process should include removal of duplicates and join of the similar records. Attention! My requirements to the programmer: expert in PHP/MySQL. ability to communicate through ICQ. ability to be online during at least several hours every day. normal Internet Connection. desire to get another project right after this one. I am available btwn 7AM and 9PM Pacific Statndard Time (Californian Time). So if you have some kind of pay-per-click Internet Connection and not able to communicate during this time, please do not bid. This is not quick hack project. After that should be Business Name or link title (Z and S Motor Sports or Z&S Motor Sports - doesn't really matter). Then Description of business. Take the one, which is longer.
