Hello our site has a prolem with it's administrative mailing program. DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION: 1. Administrator logs in and does a site search using search criteria such as "who's online," or (for instance) "woman seeking man within x miles of ZIP code" 2. When the administrator sees the search results from a search, he has the option to send a common message to the mailboxes of all the members from search results. So if 100 members come up in the results, administrator clicks "send a message to all" which brings up a message text box. 3. Once the administrator has typed message, he clicks "send" and message is delivered to the site mailboxes of all 100 members from the search results. Program also sends home e-mail notifications to all, letting them know they have a message waiting for them at the Website. That is the way it used to work. PROBLEM: When the administrator clicks "send message" the server returns: ERROR sqlGetRec SQL not a SELECT Job will be complete when it works again as above. We cannot allow server access. Coder will be given the admin username and password of a test site which is fully functioning duplicate of live site complete with test profiles. Logged in as administrator, coder can try using the mailing program and can request from us the code of any page needed for the repair. This can be determined by page URLs that come up as coder uses e-mail program. We will send coder the code from these pages, and when he / she is finished, we will load the changed code to the server to see if problem is corrected. We'll go back and forth like this until the problem is solved. We will provide database structure as well. We understand that this is a slow way to correct problems but due to proprietary nature of website and privacy of our members, this is not negotiable. Thank you for understanding, and not asking for access to the server, or asking for site code unrelated to the problem. Thank you
