Magento site tweaks and ongoing help

We need help with a few tweaks on our existing magento comunity site. We also need a good magento dev on call for future changes going forward. - Tabs that are operated from fields in the prods backend - Related products in rounded corner boxes below tabbed boxes - remove related prods from where they are now and replace with subcategories from this section  - Facebook logo moved to top right - FB feed below free delivery on all but home page will there be a performance impact? - how to I edit left column on home page - 5 image slide on homepage similar to sushi trade maybe go back to one column view or homepage images must be clickable and have little 5 squares to go back to if necessary  - proper  light box for prod images and rollover image swap - remove breadcrumbs on cat page - cat description moved up to top left with 50% narrower image to right of it - remove review stars from cat page - why do caches always need refreshing - why does Adwords not link correctly - not charging vat to eu customers - free delivery for mainland uk postcodes only. - "learn more" change to "more info" and make green and bold - add to cart character and button to right of quantity box - "as low as" change to "from" and make grey on one line - Category page short desc text smaller than title and mid grey - remove short description and change for thumbnail images  - remove zoom bar - cart page discount code box moved over to middle - special price grey not orange, smaller and on same line as price - invoice front size, increase on delivery address and on products and quantities - remove the sort by bar on cat pages - move rss feed link to bottom and remove text - delivery info text link below get quote on checkout page - homepage text above 9 icons
