Correct PHP and Smarty template errors (most are Undefined Index) -- 2

If you CANNOT be bothered to reply directly to our brief then we will IGNORE you. BRIEF: Today we noticed a lot of PHP errors in our CMS. There are also some errors in the front end on pages such as: 1. Registering as a new user 2. Password reset 3. Existing user login We attached examples of what errors we found today. There may be a few more that we have not noticed yet. OUR WEBSITE: [login to view URL] The site is custom built using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and AJAX. Based around the Smarty framework. RESOURCES PROVIDED TO YOU: You will receive all logins that are required to complete the task ie. CMS, FTP, cPanel, phpmyadmin etc START DATE The project needs to be started and completed within 1 week. DEADLINE Sunday, May 25 UAT (User Acceptance Testing): We will take 2 business days to test the results. MILESTONE RELEASES Milestones will be released within 24 hours of successful UAT completion.
