Database Re-Design and php code updates for existing site

We need the following work within an existing website to fix database and structure errors in existing website. The database fixes include: The name fields need to be corrected in the orders and students table (We may need to just contain the first and last name in one table) The schools table needs to be un-serialized Attached is a scope document that explains the sections of the admin section which include an area for school login, hospital login and admin login. Of course, after making database changes, the admin pages will need to be updated accordingly. This will also include changes to the front end forms of the site where students login to register for a background check. Before the admin and front end updates are made, we will need to verify the database changes first.
