Joomla/Sobipro Site, the 'My Entries' page is not working

I have a Joomla site using SobiPro to display database entries. There is a link where users can view their own entries called 'My Entries' which is supposed to show any submissions for that user. This was working for previous users, but if a new user creates a profile and adds an entry it is not displaying his entries. It doesn't seem to be a problem with Joomla permissions as I changed the user to Super User and it had no effect. We did recently move the site from a development server to our live server and I think that is causing the problem. When I try the same thing on the test server it works properly, but on the live site I am not able to see the changes. It may be something that didn't transfer properly, or a permissions problem and the cache files are not able to refresh. I can provide access to both the live site, and the development site so you can see how it is supposed to work. Let me know if there are any questions about the project.
