custom paypal pro reoccurring billing system

I need someone that has the ability to listen and understand what im doing. i need someone that can work now and with me to get this fixed and working. I am building a paypal pro reoccurring billing system into a current site. we already have most of it done. we have a cron that has to pull people when they are due and check to see if the payment was made. i need someone to finish up this last part with the cron. must have skype and be able to speak english and talk voice on skype. i need this done today so the when the reoccurring happens in the am we can check to make sure it worked. again i do not need someone to write the whole thing. this is just the last part for the reoccurring payment part. please ask questions in pmb.
