Auction needs Paypal + mods

We've recently bought and installed a simple perl based auction on our site and need some modifications before it works the way we want it. 1)We need a registration page at the beginning linked to Paypal where the person registering will pay a small fee before being redirected back to a log-in page and only then gets in. 2)Menbership is only valid for 90 days so need a method of counting down until the membership needs renewed if possible Examples of above sort of thing working are at this 'Sim's' site :- [login to view URL] [login to view URL] On the site itself a few modifications to code are needed. 1) Need to stop anyone posting more than 1 item for sale at a time 2) Need references to dutch auctions taken out (probably just lines here and there in the code deleted) 3)References to 'get registered' within the site taken out (again just codes deleted off) 3)Want to set a default 'Buy Now' feature at a certain number where the user can lower it but not exceed the figure we set. We need this done ASAP !!!! Please bear in mind that the auction software itself only cost $100, but we are are really keen to get started with this site (with the modifications above) and if the person chosen for a good price does a nice job on this there are several other plans in the pipeline for this site which we will definatley need a lot of help with.
