48429 Fix & Finish my realty site

Realty site Fix & Finish [login to view URL] This is a very simple is site in concept. It's functions are to search and list ads from individual property listings and advertisers in an Ebay type display format (this is Not an auction). Think of a REALTOR site e.g. list rows of listings based on search criteria then if user clicks on thumb or description he is re directed to a details page of that item or the realtor's profile. This is a niche industry and there is only ONE main Category of ad listings. Again, the display of retrieved data and the back end are the main aspect of the site. The search function will search data entered from members and users of the site and will then back fill or search other sites for listings of properties. Displaying data it has found from searching secondary sites and parsing their data. The member input data will be categorized and sorted by zip codes which are linked to the respective city or town. The members of the site will be able to place there ad along with photos and a detailed description. I am told the site is 90% complete and only needs the search function, site data parsing and display formatting as well as payment and security are to be completed. There may be other smaller items but I have been told these are the majors. I will need the winning bidder to be able to communicate with me on the project daily via MSN or yahoo chat as I have some very specific needs for out put. I am desperately in need of a very high caliber PHP programmer that also has experience with parsing data from other sites and if you have experience with realtor site that would be a major plus.
