Registration Website + Groundwork for more ...

**This is the first part of a multi-phase idea. As such, I will only consider coders (or teams) that have the technical capacity to tackle the full project.** ------------ **Phase-1** (this is what you are currently bidding on) I need a professional, clean website created. (See [login to view URL] for my definition of professional & clean). The website will serve as a registration portal for a service that I am developing. Please see the attached pptx file for how I want the registration presented. This is outlined in the pptx, but I also need a recommendation for the appropriate hosting site. My expectation is that you develop the website on your server, we'll get it to a point where it works and meets my expectations, and then I'll purchase a hosting site for final installation. ------------ **Phase-2** (provided so that you can determine if you have the necessary technical skills) See second pptx.
