Thanks for all the details. We have thoroughly Read to your attached text file and have understand your system what the Customer, manager and Front desk user do. But there is a little question that I would like to share:
3. Front Desk Menu - Simple menu just text
1. Lookup/Redeem Certificate
1. If the certificate is expired give option to renew certificate on that page there with credit card
2. Once it is looked up they have a yes or no with the persons name. If they click YES it will be redeemed. With the text of this can be only used upon check in.
You have mentioned the above for the Front Desk menu.
For 3.1.1 you have written "with credit card", now whose CC will be used here?
For 3.1.2 What will be redeemed and how it it will be redeemed and what happens after the redeemed?
You have also mentioned in this point "only used upon check in", Please explain by check in.
