I would like to have built a Peer To Peer program which can either be installable on Windows machines or accessible online via username and password where people can upload their files, photos, videos and music and share them online. In order to signup they would need to agree to the terms of service and also enter their first name, last name and email address as well as choosing a username and password. There should also be an admin area from where we can manage this to ensure no illegal material is uploaded eg. Lists the user and lists what they have uploaded. There should be a search function on the site so people can search for names of files, music and videos and it will display a list of the results. A play/preview function where people can play or preview the files first without having to download them.
