PHP Classified Portal for Vehicles

I require the PHP framework only, NO BRANDING/DESIGN WORK REQUIRED, for a Classified script. This will be designed for Vehicles, and the required functions are as follows: - Visitor loads the site. The front page will have an option for searching with keywords and location. - Location searching is required to be compatible with UK Postcodes and distances (i.e. within 10 miles of SW1A 1AA). - Keyword searches are required to search the titles/categories of the listings - Search results load with google maps (or similar) displaying estimated locations of search results on a map - A more advanced search will be optional for the user and customisable for each 'field' in the listing (i.e. colour, engine size) - Visitors will be able to sign up (including Facebook signup) to the site and create a log in. Within this login, a user will be able to message other users about listings, create and manage listings etc. - Adding a listing should be user-friendly and should not require technical input from a user (i.e. no 'add an SEO friendly URL' or 'add tags') - Trade Sellers/Dealers will be able to do this, but will have their own "page", which will essentially filter out the stock they have. Customisation of this (i.e. dealer logo/colour scheme) would be desirable - Search results with a changeable view (grid/list) would also be desirable, as would a 'draw-a-search' style filter. The project MUST BE OPEN SOURCE. No IonCubing etc. The projecting branding will not be disclosed for this and as such will remain an anonymous project. I am capable in PHP, HTML and Java, so the ability to communicate at a technical level is desirable. This also means the basic framework is all that is required, I will further amend the project at a later date.
