Remove malware infecting wordpress installations

Some malware is infecting my wordpress sites in my cpanel hosting service. I tried talking with them but they are absolutely no help. I removed malware on one of my sites with a few plugins but they arent working on the other installations. Please bid only if you have experience handling malware on wordpress installations and/or cpanel. I suppose the malware is the same infecting every install, and I think it`s some kind of httaccess php injection.
