Introduction: Please note that this is my first web project, so I am relying upon your experise to guide me through for a successful project, which includes asking thorough questions to make sure that myself, my client and you are on the same page. Project Description: We are looking for a website that offers the service of allowing customers to upload photos so we can create slideshows on DVD and CD-R for a fee. There will be various package prices, such as 5 pictures for $5, 10 pictures for $10, and so on. The customer should be able to pay online directly for this service. User Types: 1)Customer-The customer would be the one creating an account, uploading pictures and paying for the service of having them transformed into slideshow format and mailed back to them. 2)Administrator-this will be the website owner, who should be able to maintain and have the ability to change virtually anything on the website. User Descriptions: Customer: -Create an account (various fields to be filled out, which will go into a database) -Login:The customer will need to login before doing anything. When they do so, they will be presented with a page that gives them the option to the following: --upload photos --delete photos, in case they decide they don't want a specific photo to be included --view past orders -When they login and upload the photos they will need to pay by credit card online for the service. Administrator: -Ability to add/edit/delete packages and their prices -Ability to add/edit/delete customers -Ability to view Order History for each customer Additional Notes: -It is important to note that we will need to take credit cards online for this service. -During the registration process, there should be an un-editable text box where the customer will need to click "I agree to the terms of this website." ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
