**Help Manual for Proprietary Software** We have a Windows based proprietary software to deal with our proprietary device, we would like to hire someone who can install the software on his machine and work with it and also write a help manual, (CHM OR PDF OR RTF OR DOC format) for the same. Full verbal support would be provided to understand and software and various functionality would be explained to the person executing this project. We do not want lengthy explanations of software, only crisp descriptions to help users learn the functionality. Desired document should be in plain and simple English, US or UK both are fine. The bidder would require the following: 1. Windows XP machine to install and use the software. 2. High Speed internet to download the software, which is 100 MB approx. 3. Full time internet communication to have verbal assistance from our side. 4. Good command on English. We work from 0500 GMT to 1400 GMT, your working hours should overlap at least 2 hours with our working hours to facilitate daily communication. An earlier experience in similar job would be highly appreciated. Please send sample of help files made by you or a paragraph explaining Notepad to evaluate your skills. Time limit is negotiable, although the earlier the better. Attached is a slide show with screen shots of the software. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform CHM OR PDF OR RTF OR DOC
