Online Recruitment Assessment Tool and Reporting

Hi, I would like a web-based tool, that allows a jobseeker to take a online personality assessment test - determining their personality and attitude to working. The test will be encompass determining the following as well - aptitude in mathematics, problem solving, project management, etc - general work related questions. Once the jobseeker takes the generic test, the output is a report (as you get when you do a personality test) highlighting strenghts and weakennesses of the jobseeker. This 2-3 page report is then saved to the users profile. All registered employers to my website will then be able to see an abstract of each jobseeker apply to their job vacancy. All I am able to do is to explain what I want. I understand this task requires mathematically modelling of some sort (I think) to analyse the results of each user and then profile the user. I am open to recommendations from all experienced web-developers. As this task will require indepth research of methods currently utilised and then transferring to a web assessment tool, I am hoping that only experienced coders with the skills apply for this position. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
