Custom Sound Control

I need a coder to create a custom control in VB to output a sound file directly to a Dialogic board connected to a telephone line. The control should be able to play as well as output wav and mp3 files directly to a telephone lined connected (or connection) via a Dialogic voice board or modem. The control must have the ability to be connected (or linked) to other controls in a callflow. _Please **READ** the specifications of this project and **DO NOT BID** if you cannot do the work, deliver the completed work on time (as per RAC rules) and as per my project specifications as this will result in my withdrawal of my acceptance of your bid and cancellation of the project. _If I accept your bid, I would also suggest you make allowance for me to evaluate and test your work before the deadline just in case there is any tweaking or corrections to be done. Thanks for you interest! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
