Create a Magento template design + functions

Hi I am asking a quote for a customized Magento template which would be mix of these websites: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], with the sophisticated searching tools and category and other blocks. The site should have at least these parts: At the top from the site: - the similar two-level top menu (like Magento / TM) - the slider with one large picture (like Magento) + slider with 8 small dias below or beside the large slider - two half width banners below top slider (for example for "customers", and for "affiliates") In the left section: - similar "search product box" below the carousel (like TM) - Similar "Blog Block" below the search box (lik TM) - Website description (like TM -> website templates text field) - Affiliate/Partners block - Newsletter (like TM) - Categories (product categories and subcategories like Magenta Connect) Right column: - Today's products - Top rated products (like TM template + top rated products) - Top selling products - Social media linking block The focus should be on the functions and placement on the site, than just graphic design, which part either is important, but secondary. Looking forward to get drafts of the websites and bids for the coding projects.
