LINEAR WEB DESIGNS LLC EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Job: Create a Web Development and Design Company to be known as Linear Web Designs LLC which provides affordable web site technology and solutions. Linear Web Designs will offer a range of products and services including but not limited to highly professional Template/Layouts and/or custom design services for Real Estate professionals, Builders, Auction Companies, Retail Outlets, E-Commerce companies, and a wide variety of other Business types. The initial “PROJECTS” will be completed simultaneously. Additional projects may be completed at a later date. Project overview: Create a CRM, CMS and Sales platform for Linear Web Designs LLC in which customers can host their own WEBSITE PORTAL utilizing Dynamic/customizable Templates/Layouts (referred to as Skins) for a multitude of products provided by Linear Web Designs LLC. In addition customers will contract for creation of a custom and semi-custom design template using Linear Web Designs Data Base and systems. System will be designed with ability to purchase and integrate White Label Software packages into the CRM and Sales Modules. Linear Web Designs will provide hosting and support services to subscribers. • Product I: Real Estate websites both Traditional and “By Owner”. Linear Web Designs LLC goal is to create a system designed for real estate agents and brokers, flat fee and for sale by owner services and a multitude of other real estate related industries Developer will provide 10-20 Skins (Templates) websites will be Dynamic to allow subscribers the option of choosing colors, creating custom content and offering advertising options both CSS feed and direct placement. The By Owner site functions will be based on the existing portal “OREGONHOMESBYOWNER” [login to view URL] Completion time 30 to 45 Calendar days. • Product II (This portion is specific to AJ Square): Purchase White Label software from lists of Products offered by AJ Square to include the full list of products offered by AJ Square; Auction Pro, Penney Auction, Classifieds, Shopping Cart, E-mail Marketer, HYIP, Help Desk, Matrix, MLS, Article. Software will require Rebranding to Linear Web Designs LLC, full License Agreements for unlimited user accounts and Copyrights to allow for product re-sell to multiple subscribers within the Linear Web Designs system. Completion time 30 to 60 Calendar Days. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Project details and programming notes are to be included with all software developed on behalf of Linear Web Designs LLC or purchased as White Label from AJ Square or other vendors. 2. Deposit will be made only after developer demonstrates thorough understanding of requirements and establishes a working URL to allow Linear Web Designs team access to work project. 3. Developer will research existing website and competing sites to gain understanding of project goal and desired functionality. 4. For ease of understanding Template pages will be referred to as Skins. Real Estate Websites: Will be designed to Linear Web Design specifications utilizing detailed property listing information and listing display. A scope analysis and full list of requirements will be provided and agreed upon prior to awarding project. Total Budget: $10,000 to $12,000 USD Total Completion Time: 90 Calendar Days.
