Need an API developed

We are launching a company that is based around recording, management and viewing of online video Video is recorded by consumers using two methods: Firstly, they can record and send a short video to us using a mobile device (using our free Apple app) - each submission required a form to be completed (name / contact details etc) after recording and before sending. They can also record video from a PC / webcam using our flash video capture widget - each submission required a form to be completed (name, contact details etc) after recording and before sending. We already have a dedicated LAMP streaming server We need a developer to develop an API that will do the following: 1. Develop an API that will allow the iPhone app and the website widget to upload videos to the server. o The iPhone app itself will upload the video and user information directly via the API o The flash recording widget will actually record the video and store it on the server, then interaction with the API will occur when the data form is submitted. 2. Connect the user registration form with the API after the video has been recorded to send through all the user information and store this against the recorded video This is quite an urgent requirement so suppliers who are able to do the job quickly will be viewed favorably. You will need to show prior experience with supplying work this.
