REFRESH An existing site

Hello, I need to refresh an existing site. This is an auctions site and the purpose for this job is to turn it more appealing concerning design. This site must have the possibility to have live streaming (make live auctions to the web in the site). It also can have the possibility to place videos of the products besides the photos. Its a web live auctions site and an online auctions site. The existing site can be fully changed if you want to as long as I agreed with the new design. The site must be prepared to have database to have registration of customers and so that they can enter the site to place bids on the online auctions or to place bids and see on the live auctions by streaming (they watch it from their computers).
