Setup Wordpress Environment and Copy Website from existing design/site

This project is at least 50% complete. Most of the copying has been done It needs to be finished. I need to be able to communicate in clear English with the project person by Skype. I suspect there is no more than 5 hours work Project Brief - Setup Wordpress Environment and Copy Website from existing design/site 1. Context - We are an Australian media agency providing management services and promotion for 16 media personalities. - We have a website at www.[xxxxxxx].au which summarises our services and clients. - After the build of this new website we now need to migrate the entire website to a new hosting platform due to circumstances beyond our control. - We can provide all domain details and security items upon award of the work. 2. Objective - Use our domain to recreate in its entirity a complete Wordpress site and content. 3. Proposed work - Gain access to our domain with all appropriate usernames and passwords (provided) - Recreate a complete Wordpress environment using the supplied Fantastico scripts on the website host - Re-write the website (not import files) from scratch copying the design elements, text, and flow (if needed, we will provide the images and one sound file) - The site is straightforward with 4 main menu items and a number of profiles of each media personality (in both html and downloadable pdf files [provided]). - The site needs to be replicated as closely as possible, but we would also accept any minor design suggestions. - The completion of the site should include handover notes for self-administration of the Wordpress site to an unsophisticated web user. - The final piece of work will include a remote test of the Wordpress Content Management System to see if it works and we can change text etc. easily. 4. Timing - Once the work is awarded, we need the site built within two days.
