This is going to be a website, for a group of associates (as a purchase club) that will daily send new purchase opportunities (new collection merchandise or discount merchandise). The model (in terms of logic) used is the brazilian site called [login to view URL], very similiar to the website brandsclub.com.br. Of course the visual should be different as we are focusing children´s market (mothers and fathers)
In fact it, will also be an association of brands focused in the infant market that will have temporary stores in this web site, were they will present a list of mechandise (can be clothes, books, toys, decoration merchandise or even services). The associate should have the option to receive emails daily, weekly or only when certain brands are in the webite.
The oppening page of the website should present all stores that are now available (each store can be represented by a square or rectangule, or circle (why not) with its visual communication and logo. To enter each store consumer should click in the [login to view URL] a list of the next stores in the site in the left side is recommended.
Each store will stay in the website for around 5 days (site administrators should be able to set the time of eac store and take them out in advance when needed). It will be good to have a count down for the remaining time of each store. Each store should have its own graphics (and its important that the visual for each store entrance be easy to change by the site administrators). In each store the supplier can offer from one to six category of merchandise (eg: boys clothes, girls clothes, baby boy, baby girl and acessories). Inside each category there should be options for at least 20 different merchandise, and there should be alternative sizes (customizeble - the administrators of the site should be able to have until 5 different sizes to post in each merchandise - eg: s, m, l, or 2, 4, 6, 8, 10) and there should be an alternative to block size when it is the case (example: a toy). Also there should be an option for the administrators to mark when a merchandise or a size of a merchanside is not available anymore (finished) either in the merchandise photo itself of in the size that finised.
The consumer (associate) should have the option to buy a merchandise and continue shopping in the site. So after going to the shopping cart there should be an option for continue buying. He or she can fill a shopping cart with merchandise from all stores she/he wants, but in the moment of closing the deal (payments should be with credit cards only) there will have to be an separate number of purchase, a separate credit card by store. this is necessary because the timing for delivery and payments in stallments are different by store.
PossIble integration with credit cards payment (pag seguro for ex) and security tool needed
It will be nice that the consumers could place comments and stars about the last purchases experiences - but there should be a session that have a list of all stores that have been in the website and the customer can click there and place stars and comments (more or less as it appears in the jcpenny´s website).
There must be a returning merchandise tab (is mandatory according to brazilian regulation)
Also a talk to us - were customers send an email with their comments and place a phone number and email and we should be able to receive and answer each comment individually and confidencially.
Associates should have their own accounts (using their email) and password. They should be able to verify the storic of their purchases in the site.
There should be possibility of integrating with social media... example: enjoy with facebook, follow on twitter, orkut. Also an indication of a friend should provide a bonus to the associate after the friend makes its first purchase. It´s very important that website administrators manage onli all purchases by store, by merchandise, size, payment status.
