Website & App building platform

Hi Guys Please refer to the site, [login to view URL] I am looking to build a service that is very similar to this site, and will incorporate all it's features and [login to view URL] will require you to complete the build of the site, the backend and the app building template service. Not an easy or simple task, as you will have to deliver a service that can go to market offering all the features of the website mentioned above. I've attached a document which will show you what this build will need to be able to achieve. It has the services and features you will need to be able to complete. In the first instance please quote me a time schedule of the different components to this job with details and the completion date.
