Dear bidders, I need a website for individuals or companies to find programmers or software companies for software development. The software buyers can post their requirments online to get biddings from the software providers. The bidding period can last several weeks before the buys find good candicates. After choosingn the softeware developers, the software buyers need to deposit full amount service fee which is locked for both parties. After the project is completed, the full amount of service fee will be released. If the project is not completed in time, than the software buyers can request to cancel the project. It the software providers agree with it, then the project is cancelled and the fund in the escrow account is returned back to the software buyers. If the software providers don't agree with it, then the software buyers should file a dispute to get help from the our company and the programmers from our company will check the status and communicate with both parties before making a decision. A service charge will be applied to both parties. The scoring system is built for both parties to get three types of the scores. The user can provide the feedback and scores.
