CBT Course Development

Computer Based Training (CBT) course needs to be developed in Macromedia Director. See attached word document for 1st draft of one section of the course. We also have a working demo of one of the 8 main sections. Course will need to be designed using design layout and color schemes provided. Some features of the course include: Background music, can be toggled on/off as well as volume. Voice overs for text content, toggled on/off and volume. (Actual sound will be created by us, just need placeholder mp3's) Several sections of interactive content. Ability to save progress and resume later, along with multiple users that may use the same computer. No central management required, nor network access needed. Tutorial section in introduction to allow the user to become familliar with the functionality of the program. Please see this [DEMO][1] of a proto-type of the program we are looking for. (Only the introduction and section 3 work. You will have to double or triple click to enter section 3.) We have extended the bidding time as we have not yet finished course content creation, bidding will close as soon as the content is done, so that it may be programmed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, Windows 2000.
