Develop Website Upload & Contacts page

I require an upload page for my website that allows customers to upload their digital photo images (up to 50mb if possible).? Therefore I require fields to be created for the customer to enter their personal details, upload files, select printing options and then be able to send the images to suppliers to print the job.? I need someone who understands how uploads work and advise me on how to ensure that the uploaded image does not become stuck, or crashes my computer, thus can advise on? what I need to have? in place to ensure I can receive large images. I would also need a automatic button on the web home page that links directly to the upload page. I would also like to create a "contact us" field for customer enquiry. **Please note the website was designed using Dream Weaver.? My hosting server works from a Windows Platform, so any program language that runs off a Windows platform can be used**. Regards Jane ## Deliverables I would like some technical advice on how to ensure the upload option is easy to use (what I need to have? in place, back up etc)? and reasonably quick so that the customer is not waiting too long to upload a file.? I also need to know how to create standard email messages while the upload is in progress, such as"Please be patient while your files uploads and do not press any button until the upload has finished, ""Thank you for your order, your upload was successful". If possible the succussful? coder would create the page with ability to amend and edit the page in the future. Thanks.
