eBay API Bulk Reviser

Background: This project requires work with the eBay API. The request is to develop a program that will allow bulk revisions of a user's live listings on eBay sites. Compatibility: The program should work on Windows XP for [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] (all use the same API calls). Will need work on listings in Auction, Buy It Now, and Store Inventory Formats. Summary of program: 1. Login 2. Select Listings to be Revised 3. Enter Bulk Revisions 4. Summary Page More detail is included in the attached file - sample screens to show how we imagine the program, more detail of what is required, sample import file. There is a currently available program developed by eBay which is similar, called Turbo Lister (found at [login to view URL]). Where Turbo Lister only allows bulk upload of NEW listings, this program needs to revise EXISTING listings. As this project may require quite a bit of input from us, we are able to be contacted by Skype, MSN, or phone if necessary. We are also able to provide eBay User ID to test on, and can answer general questions about eBay. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win XP
