Simple Web Scraping Application

This is bid is for changes to be made to an existing application i own, it scrapes info from a uk website, processes a few simple selection processes and produces the results. The website in question has recently changed it's layout and the existing program is not scraping the correct data. I also want to add a few extra features. I have included a photo of what the software is supposed to do below. Basically i want it to naviagte to each race of the day, and select the first horse after the phrase "betting forecast", in the photo this horse is "Passenger Omar". Then the software should obtain the number of ticks in the ability column, in this case 1. Next the software should make sure that AT LEAST 2 other runners have more ticks. If this is true, the selection "Passenger Omar" is returned as a result. This should be repeated for every race on that day. The software runs perfect as is, but i want to change the login details. I want the software to generate a request code, using a combination of the users C:\ drive. This code os then sent to me in an email where i can convert it to an unlock code, which becomes the persons username, I set the password myself. When the user inputs the username and password, they are unaware that the username and password are changed before they are used to log into the racingpost website.
