I'd like a Windows IAX2 command-line client for a small project. (IAX2 is Inter-Asterisk Exchange v2 - a common defacto VoIP Standard). *** Note that use of an existing open source IAX2 clients is acceptable and probably a good idea *** The client will be used to originate telephone calls from a script (or other application's system call) as follows: 1) It will be invoked with an argument telling it to make a call...for example, client -c 15551212. 2) It will use whatever IAX2 server, Windows sound device, etc, is configured. 3) if it has a GUI that pops up during a call, etc., that's fine, and configuration of the application through a GUI is also fine. 3) There must be a way to call the application (or another application) from the command line and disconnect the current call -- e.g. client -h In other words, I need a script to place a telephone call and to end it using an IAX2 client. The sound card (line in/line out) will be connected to a 2-way radio. The software must release the windows sound devices when a call is not in progress because another application will also be using the same sound device (in and out) when calls are not in process. The software can remain running at all times provided it does not interfere with other apps using the sound devices. The software must support the G.711u codec (i.e. ulaw). The GSM codec is desirable. All other codecs are optional. The use of an existing open source IAX2 client is acceptable and highly recommended, provided that I can freely distribute the binary. If required by the licence, I'm willing to make the source availible as well. The final package must be either a completely stand-along program OR install/uninstall using the customary Windows mechanisms. The application must work on Windows XP Pro with all current patches including SP2. If the developer does not have access to an Asterisk PBX, I can provide access to our PBX for testing purposes. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
