Funny Images

Create a photo scrambler{WHAT DO I WANT} using wordpress plugin{IN WHAT FORMAT}. {LIST HOW IT NEEDS TO WORK} I need you to create this a simple wordpress plugin that will scramble photos into funny photos like this (see attached file) The image scrambler needs to be able to scramble the photo to different images. features: 1. plugin that you can scramble the photo to funny different photos... 2. admin/user uploads image 3. admin/user then sets up multi choice answers of what image is as radio buttons visitors visits site where the funny image is and then clicks on image or button to guess what the image is by chosing one of the answers the admin/user setup if visitor gets it right then message appears "congratulations click here to enter to win blah,blah, blah" 4. admin can put in whatever message they want to appear 5. admin can also put in the url they want the visitor to go to. url will open in different window visitor has to get nth number of images right before they see the "congratulations message" [Reply back to me as Easter Bunny to verify you really read this.] 6. admin selects what they want the nth number to be...(ex. 1 right, 3 right or 10 right) if admin selects the nth number to be more than 1 then visitor will see message user setup get nth number remaining...(ex. lucky guess get 4 more right and blah, blah, blah) whatever the nth is the user setup the visitor will see how many they got right and how many more remaining...(ex. if user chose the nth number to be 5 and user got 3 right then visitor will see 3 right 2 more to go) These plugin need to work in all the different browsers, firefox, chrome, safari, ie You will have 72 hours to complete this project
