Arcade Site Re-Design & Basic SEO

I run an online arcade site [login to view URL] and the site is in need of a re-design. The site is currently powered by [login to view URL] which uses templates. I realize there are many, many arcade sites out there so I want to differentiate mine. Here is what I need: 1. Complete re-design of site 2. Design is to be valid XHTML/CSS (tableless) 3. Basic SEO optimization - H1, meta, etc 4. logo creation, nothing complicated 5. The design needs to incorporate space for ads 6. I would like the winner to be available should any questions arise when installing the new design. The skill set that I award the project to will be versed in php, html, css, basic seo, mysql, and image creation/editing. If all goes well there will be follow on work. Any experience with gamescript is a huge plus. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
