Improvement of existing tracking system

Hello all, This is one project from a few projects that related to affiliates tracking systems. Please note, that only ones with the knowledge of how tracking systems works will be answered. Affiliate offer collector and offers groups. 1. Affiliate offer collector, should works outside of the main system (sub system) in order to avoid performance degradation. 2. The Affiliate offer collector should works in two ways: most of the tracking systems that we working with giving APIs like (HasOffers) and than most of the details, there is around 10 kinds of platforms. When there is no API the offer collector should get in to our affiliates partners and take the offers details and update the database. 3. Offers groups is part of the offer collector because we are working with hundreds of affiliates and there will be duplicate of offers from different affiliate, group of product should recognize that there is same offer from different affiliate and get them under one group. ***The reason is that we will be able to optimize between few affiliates with the same offer. Estimated time for this project two weeks. Estimated payment for this project $1500 - $3000 depend on the quality of the work. Email Notifications for publishers. All the emails should be an HTML designed emails and should be sent once a day in a specific hour that will be set in advanced. There are three kind of Email notifications and should work in that way: 1. Closed offers email should listed all the offers that been closed in our system if it manually closed or closed from the APIs (please notice that close from the API means that the offer was in the system and the last API call didn’t find it again). 2. Offers Updated email should listed all the offers that been updated (Payouts, LPs, Tracking changed, descriptions, creatives and so on...). 3. New offers email should listed all the offers that new in our system. All the offers emails should have specific details like Payouts, LPs, Tracking changed, descriptions, creatives and so on… We will show you how it's looked. Home page (stats and summaries) 2. List of campaigns, the user can look for campaign that exist in our system and apply for start running them. 3.0Integration page, implants his global pixe / S2S postback.
