MAGENTO - XML REQUEST UPDATE PRICE STOCK 4 PROVIDER- CSV MAP

Hi, We need an expert in magento who can setup the XML schemas queries requests to get the updated stock , prices, and some other values from our provider. THere's 4 providers, so that's 4 unnique xml connections to 4 unique providers, requesting via manufacturer part number, running the updates for prices and stock for each unique item 3 times a week, via cron job. For a total of 50 000 products, running maximum 9 query request which equates to 9 unique manufacturer part number to get latest prices and stock for each of these 9 part numbers and updating the db in magento, and running 9 at a time requests for 9 part numbers, until all 50 000 are done, so it takes maybe 1-2 hours to update. Then stop the cron job, and run another time 2 days afterwords, to update again, and 2 days after during the week for last week update. When requesting the price, making sure that the price is saved in the 'Cost' column or area of the magento db of that part number, and then increasing it by 15% and saving that increased value into the 'Price' column/area in magento. Stock update is saved directly into magento db, then shown into the stock table for the item on the frontend of the site. Also, need to run stock and price update on other providers based on the weekly price file via ftp, getting latest stock update and price update from the price file and saving them into the db, and increasing the 'price' which is cost by 15% and saving it as 'price' to appear in front end. We also need, these Stock / Price updates to also parse save into excel file, for saving the data on the pc. Also, we need an Excel Auto Mapper that will map shipping customer details and item name and other things, into the CSV Specs from CAnada Post csv file, so it imports without needing to edit, and labels are printed fast. thats urgent. Same thing with UPS worldship, ability to auto map without editing and ability to export all tracking# into csv file. Any experience in magento massive performance enhancement, aside from the usual tweaks, may be needed or we will buy a powerful module that will guarantee speed performance. Bidding is max 200$ as many xml tasks were already done but not finished, and the excel auto mapper needs to be done fast its simple, and performance enhancement is needed if only it guarantees extreme high performance, in terms of mysql maintenance fixing as mysql is root of the problem.
