E-mini Handbook web site

I need a good coder who can take my [34] web site pages (pre-built, 1050 X 800 pixels in layered PhotoShop psd files) and link them according to the schematic supplied, including linking 14 audio files and 6 video files. My web site will feature primarily my handbook entitled "How To Trade E-minis and Forex Currencies for a great Home Business." There are a total of 34 pages in the web site plus 2 e-commmerce [ordering] pages (both PayPal & ClickBANK). The PayPal ordering page will feature 5 items besides my book....in its two deliverable formats: e-Book download and the hard-copy (USPS deliverable) version. The ClickBANK ordering page will feature only the e-Book downloadable. The coder will create the e-commerce pages from scratch; the others are all complete and ready to be uploaded to the coder's ftp access server. I have built a Camtasia Studio video with narration of my web site's basics....to help the bidder accuately assess the amount of work to be done and how I want the site to look and operate. In addition, I have prepared a detailed page-by-page outline of written instructions, showing exact graphic and audio or video file names, file sizes and play lengths for each page. Each page/file is numbered to cross-reference to the schematica. The schematic, witten instructions and the Camtasia video will be emailed to all bidders requesting same, for your pre-bid evaluation. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I would like the web site readable by any computer, however, only Windows OS computers will be able to trade e-mini's as all trading software is written for Windows OS (2000 and later) only. Windows XP is the primary platform, at present.
