Wordpress Themes and Plugins

Hello. I am looking for some who: - Knows Wordpress very well - Can convert custom Themes from existing websites - Can create cross-browser CSS/XHTML - Understands how to use Wordpress as CMS - Is able to build custom plugins for Wordpress - Is able to modify existing plugins Is this you? Do you have these skills? IF YES: 1) Please send me examples of Wordpress themes, Wordpress CMS, and Wordpress plugins you've worked on 2) Please let me know your bid for converting one JPG to CSS/XHTML & Wordpress Theme. 3) Please let me know your rough hourly wage. I ask this because I have ongoing "minor" requests which, assuming we develop a relationship, will prefer to just work with you hourly and pay through RAC "instant bonus" instead of going through a bid process for every little tweak. As you know, on RAC we need to do a bid for a specific project. But, if you are a QUALITY worker with GOOD COMMUNICATION and FAST, then I will be able to give you ongoing, regular work in this area.
