Create 'Marryoke' Software

I'm looking for someone to create software I can use to record 'Marryoke' videos. I'd be wanting it to be able to play a portion of a video (it'll be a song lyric video, such as: [login to view URL]) whilst a connected camera (a Canon DSLR) records people singing to it. It's going to be like a photo booth ([login to view URL]) except with people singing. Ideally, the guests will be able to touch a button and the software will start playing part of a song (around 20 seconds), then the next group of guests touch the button and the software automatically plays the next 20 seconds of the song whilst recording them singing this. This will repeat for the entire duration of the song and I'll then edit the videos together to create a full 'Marryoke' video of the entire song. So, the software will need a 'start' screen which activates the first part of the song and records them singing. Then when the next set of guests come in, the same 'start' screen is shown, however the software plays the next portion of the song etc. Here's an example Marryoke video (just the parts where it's in the white room): [login to view URL] I'm using a PC running Windows 8.
