I believe you want to sent the mails to the relevant emails ids along with the pdf attachment I can create an appscript which can scan a google drive folder for pdf and extract the url and name of pdf file to the google sheet and after matching the name against the email id it will send the email You can check the sent mails or i can write against the pd file sent if mail is sent successfully Please note: There will be certain quotas in case email is sent via appscript which vary ( for normal gmail account its 100 per day and for workspace account is 2500 per day)
