The new site will be very similar to this site: [login to view URL] in the way it scrolls and resizes and works on mobile. The sections need to resize smoothly like the sample site. This site needs to look pixel-perfect at ALL desktop resolutions. The last 2 attempts have failed for this reason. We need pixel-perfect build from the PSD-to-HTML. No design required. We have supplied all layered PSD files (This means letter spacing, line spacing, just get it the same as the PSD.) There will be 2 more small sections (a few products sections) coming before completion. Nothing complex. Show us the home and one other section for approval first before proceeding with the rest of the sections.
