Create Customised Cron Job And Replace Existing WP_Post Content

Hi Guys, I run an adult site, i am looking for someone to create a customised cron job that will never have any error together using ftp functions, so this is how it works : 1) Main website -> Uploaded Videos To Website -> Cron Job starting to get the files automatically and send over to 2) Sub website -> send over to this website with all the correct information through ftp itself. Basically what i want is, all my content that i post to my main website, it will automatically copy over to my sub website without me manually doing it so, i have 3 websites, 2 sub websites, 1 main website. Cron jobs needs to be automatic send over to 2 sub website from main website Another task before doing the above would be to delete my 2 sub websites WP_Post content and replace with my main website WP_Post content. This task needs to be execute first before doing the cron job as there's some issues with current sub website content. Looking for a highly skilled person who done this before.
