Create a Map Review page for locations in a database

Hello, So there will be a field where they can search either a country, stae, county or place name (or all of them in separate fields?) Then once search a page will display all the places that corresponds to the area searched. Each one will be clickable. When clicked, the area will be displayed in a map on the zoom level that is specified in the database. Let me know if I missed anything.
