To develop a WordPress Site/System to automate a manual form filling work end to end

The requirement is to build a Wordpress based website or a system which actually automate the entire form filling work for a Medical Examination conducting firm. Right now,the Medical Examination conducting firm does all this testing manually on the Candidates to test their medical fitness so that the Candidates can join certain companies for emergency services When they pass these medical examinations successfully. There is a complete manual workflow right now for all these processes manually. Our responsibility is to build a system where it automates the entire processes of manual form filling and data management, report generation etc to a flexible and more manageable centralized arrangement. It also requires Sage expertise in the Wordpress domain.
