Dolibarr to Xero Bridge -- 2

I am looking for a developer to set up a bridge between my Dolibarr 16 or higher and Xero systems. I am specifically looking for a two-way sync between them, in which both systems will update simultaneously. I do not need to be alerted or notified of any updates between the two systems automatically. I do, however, require the bridge to be stable, secure and continually updated when necessary. To ensure quality, I would like the developer to provide timely support if needed during the setup process. This is to develop a Dolibarr Module to export Invoice data from a on prem server to Xero clolud instance. There is API documentation available for both ends, and Module development documentation too. Pref Named : Dolibar to Xero Bridge Dolibar is a Web front end, using PHP to talk to a MySQL/Maria database. (Hosted on our premises) I need to conditionally extract information from the database and pass it to the Xero web hosted application, using the Xero API. There is also a requirement to pull info from the Xero system, via the API and write it conditionally back to the database. By building the Dolibar end as a module, it eliminates the need for API at the local end, simple SQL calls on the database and then 'push' results to Xero using their API.
