ELECTION RESULTS COLLECTION (SECURED) SYSTEM - WEBBASED

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR IN THE ELECTION BALLOT COLLATION SYSTEM 1. Polling Agent in a polling station where results are conducted 2. Immediately ballots are counted and results mentioned, polling agent enters the results in the system 3. Immediately results are entered by the polling agent, 4. constituency collation center see's it in real time 5. REgional Collation center sees it in realtime as well as 6. National Collation centre sees it in realtime Other Features * Multi users -Those who can just enter results base on their polling station -Those who can adjust results based on their Constituency -Those who can adjust results based on their regions -Users who can adjust results in national -Admin -Super Admin Reporting system -show total votes cast -show total spoilt ballot -show total voters -determine whether there's been an over voting -display results of elections (Parliamentary and Presidential, these kind of elections will be created by Super Admin) -display graphical results in percentage etc Frontend Display -can be disabled and set to maintenance page -if enabled results changes in realtime without refreshing as and when they are adjusted or entered by polling agents when results are declared in the polling station, there's -results for each candidate -total rejected ballots -total voters -total vote cast so polling agent can deduce from that whether there's been an over voting -there would be Political Parties with their candidates -the election types will be created by Super Admin or Election Directors of Regions or Districts -Polling Agents (usertype) will be assigned to their respective polling stations -Polling stations will be entered by District Election Officers i believe you have a fair idea of what i want now.
