Expert full stack web developer needed

We need a full stack web developer, who is expert in the following technologies/concepts: 1) HTML5 new features - localstorage and websql 2) Object oriented PHP 3) MySQL query optimizations, server side caching (APCu) 4) AJAX. Designing JS heavy websites. Best practices for features like infinite scroll, etc. 5) CSS3, Sass 6) Server side & client side template engines (mustache/others) 7) Social integration (FB/G+) - both server side (PHP) and client side (JS) Past experience with most of the above concepts in some or the other form is a must. You must also have good communication skills in English. Please mention the phrase - "optimal code" in your bid to show that you have gone through the project description. The task is to add more features to an existing website. We expect around 1-2 months of initial work and if the quality of your work is good - it can evolve into a long term relationship.
