Good Morning, I would like to take a look at your email script. I have 15 years experience with PHP development. Lately I have worked on a symilar project and the problem is not necessarly in your code. It could be simply the provider that is not trusted any more by the reciever, and the reciever will just drop the email. The way I have fixed is by using the gmail smtp server (we will have to set up a gmail address for this) and all the emails that your code is sending will come from this address. Yes there is a limitation with the number of emails sent in a period of time (500 with free email and 2000 with gmail) If this is not used for marketing purposes it is a very elegant solution that is quasi fail-safe.
