i have a database with the next fields: nickname, bestia1,bestia2,bestia3,bestia4,bestia5,guild,date,phone. i want a form with ajax where people can insert his report in that database, including on that screenshots. and the form will attach only the latest report per day, then if you send many reports in a day, only the latest will be saved. Also it will need a panel with password where the admin can check that reports per day/per week/per month/ and he will be able to see the screenshots uploaded.
