This role is pivotal in extracting property details and images from emails, and engaging investors through diverse channels like SMS, email, Facebook, and Instagram. A unique aspect of this position involves integrating ChatGPT to create a responsive chatbot that offers real-time interaction with our audience, answering inquiries and providing information about listings instantly. Core Responsibilities Automated Email Processing: Configure Zapier to auto-process incoming listing emails. Data and Image Extraction: Parse emails to extract property information and image links from cloud storage. Multichannel Distribution: Utilize GoHighLevel and other platforms to distribute property listings via SMS, email, Facebook, and Instagram. Investor Matching: Apply filters and logic to match listings with investor preferences for personalized outreach. ChatGPT Integration: Develop a ChatGPT-based reply bot within our communication framework to answer investor queries in real time. Workflow Optimization: Test, refine, and enhance the automation for peak efficiency and effectiveness. Required Skills Expertise in Zapier automation, including email, Google Drive, Dropbox integrations, and beyond. Proficiency in CRM platforms, especially GoHighLevel, for targeted communication.
