Hi, I am currently operating an online insurance site [login to view URL] which provides free quotations for life and health insurance. The site is designed using phpwebsite over a mysql database hosted on linux at my webhost. I am seeing success with the personal health and dental benefits. I am driving 40-60 quotation requests per month growing at 10% per month sequentially. Right now I am preparing the quotations manually but with this growth I am having trouble keeping up with the demand. I have already designed the input forms using the form generator module in phpwebsite. All data is being collected in a table on the mysql database. I am currently contracted to sell health and dental insurance with two companies. Both companies have similar products and detailed rate sheets. What I need is a php script that will collect the personal input (age, smoker, spouse, kids, type of coverage, etc.) and return the equivalent premiums from each insurance company. I am excited to review all bids. i would like to see example of similar completed projects if possible.
